Dr. Sheridan James is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and Functional Medicine–trained practitioner specializing in Concierge Primary Care. A former NCAA Division I soccer player, she carries her lifelong passion for nutrition, movement, and optimal performance into every patient interaction.


Her philosophy is simple: true health means more than managing illness — it’s about creating the conditions to thrive. Whether your goal is to extend your health span, lose weight, reduce reliance on medications, or simply feel your best each day, Dr. James delivers care that is both personalized and proactive.


By blending the best of western and functional medicine, she focuses on disease prevention, food as medicine, hormone optimization, stress resilience, and sustainable lifestyle shifts. With meaningful time and attention at the core of her practice, Dr. James partners with her patients to help them reach — and maintain — their highest potential for health and quality of life.

In her free time she loves spending time with her family, doing anything active including gardening, yard work, weight lifting, running, or cycling and making sourdough bread.
